Bikini Bar Is The Cutest Beach Bar In La Punta, Puerto Escondido

The Bikini Crepas Bar is probably the cutest beach bar in La Punta. Not only is it cute, and TOTALLY Instagrammable, but this bar arguably has the best cocktail specials in Puerto Escondido.

Located on the sandy main street through town, this bar offers swinging seats at the bar which you can enjoy to your heart’s content while you sip on your margarita and chillax.

The aesthetics are super bohemian – the walls of the bar are made out of bamboo and decorated with driftwood mirrors and other natural materials. Yes, there is also a palm tree thatched roof.

Behind the street-side bar is another seating area that spreads out onto the beach.

The Bikini Bar is famous for its delicious pina coladas served inside hollowed out pineapples. If you stop by during happy hour, you’ll be able to pick one of these adorable drinks for only 80 pesos and then it’s a 25 peso refill! Viva La Mexico!!

So what is the crowd like? Well it’s a younger crowd usually consisting of twenty-something surfers as well as guests who stay at the adjacent Bikini Beach flashpacker hostel.
